Labour Relations in the Future World of Work

11 december 2017 Paris, France

The Permanent Delegation of the Netherlands to the OECD together with the Dutch Government and the OECD organised a Workshop on Labour Relations in the Future World of Work. This workshop brought together practitioners, experts and policy makers from across the OECD to discuss relevant issues concerning the future of labour relations. Participants discussed challenges and opportunities for labour relations, innovative solutions to strengthen workers’ and employers’ collective organisation, and the role of social partners in the strengthening of labour market adaptability. The outcomes of this workshop fed into the OECD’s broader project on collective bargaining, helping to build the evidence base and shaping the recommendations the OECD gives to its member countries.
