Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, wase in London on 8-9 September 2019 where he delivered a Keynote Speech at the Opening of the Annual International Fiscal Association Congress. While in London, the Secretary-General also addressed the Wheeler Institute for Business and Development on AI for Sustainable Development.
