Recommandation du Conseil concernant l’accès aux données de la recherche financée sur fonds publics

 

Le 20 janvier 2021, le Conseil de l’OCDE a adopté une version révisée de la Recommandation du Conseil concernant l’accès aux données de la recherche financée sur fonds publics. L’instrument juridique, en vigueur depuis 2006, a été revu au vu des avancées technologiques et des progrès réalisés en matière d’action publique depuis 2006. Il formule des orientations actualisées, structurées autour de sept domaines d’action clés qui se sont révélés essentiels à l’amélioration de l’accès aux données de la recherche, représentés dans le graphique ci-dessous. Le champ d’application a été étendu et comprend les données de recherche financée sur fonds publics, les métadonnées connexes, ainsi que les algorithmes, les flux de travail, les modèles et les logiciels (y compris le code afférent), indispensables pour l’interprétation de celles-ci.

The analytical report Enhanced Access to Publicly Funded Data for Science, Technology and Innovation summarises the analysis which underpins the text of the revised Recommendation.
