26 and 27 March 2019, Buenos Aires, Argentina
On 26-27 March, OECD officials and representatives of Latin American countries and international organisations gathered in Buenos Aires to exchange experiences and identify strategies to improve the effectiveness of regulations ahead of the challenges posed by disruptive technologies.
The conference took place at the Latin American and Caribbean Network of Regulatory Improvement extraordinary meeting. The network aims at creating a permanent dialogue regarding progress and challenges in promoting regulatory quality in Latin American and Caribbean countries.
Attendance: officials from Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru, Dominican Republic, United States, United Kingdom and representatives from the OECD, IADB and World Bank.
