    L’OCDE à la #COP21

    Les dirigeants mondiaux sont confrontés à un dilemme fondamental : engager une action ambitieuse pour faire face aux risques liés au changement climatique ou perdre la possibilité de limiter cette menace. La COP21 qui s'est déroulée en décembre 2015 à Paris nous a offert une occasion de mener une action positive.

    Webinar on Climate change mitigation policies: New interactive tool

    To increase transparency and improve understanding of different countries’ situations, the OECD has developed an interactive map that brings to life key climate change mitigation statistics and policy settings. The webinar on Monday 16 November 2015, 15h00-16h30 (Paris time) consisted of a summary of the main messages of the report "Climate Change Mitigation: Policies and Progress" and a demonstration of the interactive tool.

    OECD Green Investment Bank Workshop

    The OECD hosted a workshop on green investment banks on 20 May 2015. It built upon discussions of green banks at the OECD Green Investment Financing Fora (May 2015 and June 2014) and continued international dialogue on the experiences of green banks. The workshop welcomed 9 different green banks, public financial institutions, NGOs, the private sector and over 20 countries interested in the green bank model.

    OECD participation in the UN Climate Summit

    The UN Climate Summit took place on 23 September 2014 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The OECD's Secretary-General, Angel Gurría, chaired the session on "The Economic Case for Climate Action," where global leaders discussed The New Climate Economy Report: Better Growth, Better Climate, by the Global Commission on the Economy and Climate.
