The Secretary-General of the OECD, Mr. Angel Gurría, was in Munich from 13 to 14 February 2020 to attend the The Munich Cyber Security Conference (MCSC) and The Munich Security Conference (MSC).
He also attended the OECD Sahel and West Africa Club side event and launch their report “The Geography of Conflict in North and West Africa”.
