OECD Forum 2019: Practical information and Accommodation

 

Please arrive well in advance of the start of your meeting to allow sufficient time for the security formalities.

Due to limited space, OECD Forum attendance is by invitation only. The registration closed on 13 May 2019. Please note that there is no registration on site during the OECD Forum.

How to:

  • find a hotel:

  • Get your badge:

    Badges for participants to the Forum will be printed as participants arrive. In order to receive your participant’s badge and information pack, you will be asked to show proof of identity.

    For security reasons, please wear your badge at all times. On the second day of the Forum, you will also be asked to show your badge and proof of identity when you arrive.

  • Go through the security perimeter:

    An external security perimeter is established by the French police on streets adjacent to the OECD, limiting access and parking around the OECD site. 

    All speakers and accompanying persons must bring their confirmation email and appropriate piece of ID with them in order to pass through the security perimeter.

About the OECD Conference Centre

The OECD Conference Centre offers 3000 square meters of modern conference rooms and a range of facilities. OECD is committed to measure and improve its overall environmental performance.

The plenary sessions will have simultaneous interpretation in French and English. Headsets are available in the seat pockets in each room.

You will find several Cybercafe areas equipped with computers with Internet and WiFi connection.

The OECD Bookshop is at your disposal to get the latest OECD publications as well as a range of OECD branded products such as mugs, pens, postcards, water bottles.

A cash dispenser and a public phone are also available. Please ensure that your mobile telephones are either in silent mode or switched off during conference sessions.


Media Centre for journalists

Journalists will have access at all times to the Media Centre in the OECD Conference Centre and to the main hall of the OECD Conference Centre.

Relevant documents will be available as well as laptop plug-ins.
