The Global Forum on Environment is a venue that brings together experts from member and non-member economies to share experiences and explore common policy issues focusing on the environmental dimension of sustainable development and its linkages with economic and social policies. Issues to be addressed are shaped based on the OECD Environment Programme, by focusing on one or two priority issues on the global environmental agenda.

The 2023 Annual Meeting of the GREEN Action Task Force took place from 11-12 May in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The meeting aims to launch the work in Uzbekistan to improve monitoring progress towards green economy using the green growth indicators framework.

The regional seminar will present and discuss findings of a draft OECD assessment report of the environmental compliance assurance system of Georgia and facilitate an information exchange on the latest developments in environmental inspections, available guidance and tools, and lessons learnt.
Drawing on OECD analysis and data, the OECD COP27 Virtual Pavilion showcases a range of events until 18 November and resources on topics including: financing the net-zero transition, mitigating GHG in the agriculture and food sector, adapting to climate change, carbon prices, innovation, sustainable mobility and more.
The meeting will take stock of the Programme implementation, assess the progress, showcase key achievements, and discuss work plans for 2022-2023.
