Joint evaluation report on the project to strengthen control of vector-borne diseases to lessen the impact of climate change in Mongolia
The Vectorborne Disease Project in Mongolia aimed to mitigate the risks of tick-borne diseases and plague.The analysis indicated satisfactory achievements for all of the expected outputs. This project helped create a window of opportunity for improving the surveillance system of infectious diseases in Mongolia.

Ex-post evaluation report on the project for the improvement of maternal and neonatal health in Guatemala
This project is an extension of the “Maternal and Child Health Project at Chimaltenango, Guatemala”, in which the effectiveness of local training programs was highly approved through a project completion evaluation. The project is conducted to clarify the success and failure factors of the previous project, and to examine the sustainability of its outcomes and impact.

Ex-post evaluation report on the third phase of the project for upgrading the Korea-Vietnam friendship clinic in Hanoi
KOICA seeks to fulfil its purpose of promoting people’s health in developing countries both by enhancing the health and medical environment and by improving the access to health and medical services. It is therefore, necessary to conduct an ex-post evaluation for terminated hospital construction projects, analysing the success factors as well as the limitations thereby drawing future-oriented recommendations for health projects.

Impact Measuring the Quest of the Grail? Ex Post Impact Evaluation of Four Bilateral Cooperation Projects

This evaluation process fully involved key partner institutions in the Caribbean, such as the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat, Caribbean Development Bank, Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Secretariat, selected governments, NGOs, and international development partners. The evaluation work was carried out between July and December 2003.
