Panama's competition regime was first reviewed in 2010 during the OECD-IDB Latin American Competition Forum meeting held in Costa Rica.

This report analyses Panama's competition regime and sets out recommendations relating to government policy and to the local competition authority's enforcement /  advocacy practices.
