The 2016 annual meeting of the OECD Russia Corporate Governance Roundtable addressed the following issues:

• 2014 Russian Code of Corporate Governance: implementation, reporting on compliance, key areas for improvement
• Corporate governance in state-owned companies: international and Russian practices
• Corporate governance and business integrity

The meeting was attended by high-level Russian and international corporate governance stakeholders, including public authorities, regulators, investors, issuer companies, stock exchanges, among others.
