The Public Integrity Indicators establish a new OECD benchmark for government resilience to corruption risks and for strengthening public integrity. The 2021 Anti-Bribery Recommendation adopted by the OECD Council on 26 November 2021 puts in place new measures to reinforce the efforts of parties to the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention to prevent, detect and investigate foreign bribery. This session provided an overview of the 2021 Anti-Bribery Recommendation through the intervention of three high-level experts invited to share their views on the Recommendation and its impact.
