25/09/2013 - The OECD will hold a public consultation event on the Revised Discussion Draft on Transfer Pricing Aspects of Intangibles and the White Paper on Transfer Pricing Documentation on 12-13 November 2013 at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, France. The public consultation will also consider other transfer pricing elements of the 19 July 2013 Action Plan on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting. 

 

On 30 July 2013 the OECD published a Revised Discussion Draft containing proposed revisions to the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines on Transfer Pricing Aspects of Intangibles. On the same date the OECD published a White Paper on Transfer Pricing Documentation. Interested parties were invited to submit written comments on the Revised Discussion Draft on Intangibles and on the White Paper on Transfer Pricing Documentation, by 1 October 2013.

 

The 12-13 November public consultation event is open to the public and press and will be broadcast on the Internet.  Due to space limitations, priority will be given to those organisations that will have provided timely written comments on the above mentioned documents. Persons wishing to attend the public consultation may fill out their application for registration on line before Thursday 7 November.
