BACKGROUND

On 18 December 2014, a discussion draft was released on Action 14 (Make dispute resolution mechanisms more effective) of the BEPS Action Plan.

As part of the transparent and inclusive consultation process mandated by the Action Plan, the Committee on Fiscal Affairs (CFA) invited interested parties to send written comments on this discussion draft which will be discussed at the public consulatation.

The OECD is grateful to commentators for the input received which will be discussed during this public consultation.
