Background

The European Commission (EC) and the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD), organized the first HEInnovate seminar on developing entrepreneurial universities in Bulgaria. This seminar tool place the 26^th of September in Sofia. The seminar is the conclusion of the national review on entrepreneurial universities undertaken by the OECD in Bulgaria at the initiative of the Directorate General Education and Culture of the European Commission and in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science of Bulgaria.

Objectives

1. Present HEInnovate as organisational change tool for higher education institutions.
2. Present and discuss preliminary recommendations including the HEInnovate country-level review Bulgaria
3. Identify of key issues that need to be addressed in order to implement the preliminary recommendations.
