The meetings of the Anti-corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia took place on 28-30 September 2011 at the OECD headquarters in Paris:

• 10th Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan Meeting: discussed and adopted the Second Round Monitoring reports on Armenia and Kazakhstan, including new recommendations. The meeting heard progress reports from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
   
• 12th ACN Steering Group meeting: discussed the progress in implementing the ACN Work Programme in 2011 and launched discussion about the ACN Work Programme for 2012-2013.
