Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, launched the 2020 OECD States of Fragility report, on 17 September 2020. This report explores trends and financial resource flows in fragile and conflict-affected countries and regions. Particularly pertinent in the current pandemic context, it responds to increasing concerns about the implications of fragility for stability and development, as well as for delivering on the Agenda 2030 and the international promise to leave no one behind.
