Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, delivered a keynote speech at the OECD Government After Shock: An unconventional event for unconventional times (virtual) Conference, on 18 November 2020.
This event was organised by the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI) within the Public Governance Directorate, and served as an opportunity to reflect on the crisis of 2020 and shape a vision for the future of government moving forward.
The Secretary-General spoke along with Kersti Kaljulaid, President of Estonia and Ana Brnabić, Prime Minister of Serbia, as well as several ministers and leading experts from around the world.
