Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, at G20 Leaders Summit in Hangzhou, China, on 3-5 September 2016

 

Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Hangzhou, China, on 3-5 September 2016, to attend the 11th Summit of G20 Leaders.


He presented OECD work and recommendations to G20 Heads of State and Government at the Leaders’ G20 Summit session I on Strengthening Policy Coordination and Breaking a New Path for Growth, session II , and session III on Trade and Investment, as well as at the G20 Finance Ministers’ session on the Global Economy.


In Hangzhou the Secretary-General also participated in the B20 Summit and delivered remarks on the B20 policy recommendations.


The Secretary-General also held several bilateral meetings with leaders attending the event.
