OECD Youthwise 2023 - Use of applicants’ content

 

By submitting an application to the 2023 Youthwise programme, applicants agree that:

  • theOECD has the right to use the content that they have submitted through the application form in the public promotion of the OECD’s work on/with youth and in the public promotion of Youthwise, including in OECD multimedia materials, documents, publications, on the OECD’s websites and on the OECD’s accounts on social networks including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

  • the OECD mayedit applicants’ content as it sees fit. The OECD will however seek to ensure that thecontent is not used by it in a manner that is misleading or inaccurate or that could cause harm to applicants’ reputation.

Applicants warrant that the content that they submit is their own and do not infringe any rights of third parties, such as copyright, trademark, property right or privacy rights.

Applicants will not be remunerated for the use of their content. Any use of applicants’ content by social networks is governed by their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies, and the OECD is not responsible for any use of applicants’ content made by social networks.
