OECD Expert Briefing: Water Governance

Better water management is critical to ensuring that everyone has fair access to an essential natural resource. Good water governance means resources, collaboration, and accountability at both local and national levels to design and implement reforms that make this happen. In the lead-up to the 7th World Water Forum this April, OECD’s Water Governance expert will offer international evidence and best practices – with a special focus on urban water governance – to help support and strengthen stakeholder engagement for effective, fair, and sustainable water policies.

Presentation: Aziza Akhmouch, Head, Water Governance Program, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development

Location: OECD Washington Center Conference Room 1776 Eye Street NW, Suite 450

Date: Friday, March 13, 9:30-10:30am
