Mr. Creck Buyonge is currently a Manager, Centre for Customs & Excise Studies, responsible for sub-Saharan Africa and operates from Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to taking up this position in July 2007, Creck was a Deputy Commissioner for Policy & Legislation in the Customs Services Department of Kenya Revenue Authority. His current responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses for the education and training of customs officials in the region and delivering training as and when required. Creck takes a keen interest in trade facilitation from the perspective of customs and its relationship with other border management agencies.
