CONFERENCE FEES

There are four fees:

 

Two day fee:

  •  IMHE member rate: 300 EUR (USD 420; GBP 270; JPY 39 000; MXN 5 400)
  •  Non-member rate:  500 EUR (USD 700; GBP 450; JPY 65 000; MXN 9 000)

 

One day Fee:

 

• IMHE member rate:  200 EUR (USD 280; GBP 180; JPY 26 000; MXN 3 600)
•  Non-member rate:   300 EUR (USD 420; GBP 270; JPY 39 000; MXN 5 400)

 

Participants from Andalusia, BIAC, TUAC and LEED can pay at the IMHE member rate


The fee includes:

  • all conference materials;
  • lunches and coffee breaks;
  • the welcome cocktail on Wednesday 9 February;
  • guided visit to Alcázar and cocktail on Thursday 10 February;
  • flamenco performance at the Old Tobacco Factory followed by farewell dinner at Alfonso XIII hotel on Friday 11 February.

How do I pay?


Payment is made via the OECD bookshop and can be made by credit or debit card


This is in two steps:

  1. complete registration information
  2. Go to the OECD bookshop to proceed to the online payment.


IMPORTANT: you will need to add the fee for each social event to your ‘basket’ for any accompanying people when you pay for your conference fee.

We regret that accompanying person(s) cannot attend the conference but are welcome to attend the social events. Costs of the individual events are as follows:

  • guided visit to Alcázar and cocktail on Thursday 10 February: 60 EUR (USD 84; GBP 54; JPY 7 800; MXN 1 080)
  • flamenco performance at the Old Tobacco Factory followed by dinner at Alfonso XIII hotel on Friday 11 February: 60 EUR (USD 84; GBP 54; JPY 7 800; MXN 1 080).

What if I need to cancel?
Reimbursements will be made provided the Secretariat is notified no later than 10 January 2011. Please note that we will only reimburse 50% of the fees. After this date, no reimbursement will be made
All cancellations will be subject to a handling fee of 80 Euros (USD 112; GBP 72; JPY10 400). 
You may be replaced by someone from your institution. If you wish to do this, please inform the Secretariat no later than 30 January 2011. Notification of cancellation should however, be made as soon as possible in order to free the place for others.
