Item 3: The OECD in the global context: The Secretary-General's strategic orientations

The MCM formally opened with adoption of the draft agenda. This will be followed by opening remarks by the MCM Chair. 

A video was shown outlining the challenges and opportunities of interconnectedness.

The Secretary-General presented then his Strategic Orientations for the OECD in the light of these challenges.
