Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, at G20 Leaders Summit in Hangzhou, China, on 3-5 September 2016

 

Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Hangzhou, China, on 3-5 September 2016, to attend the 11th Summit of G20 Leaders.


He presented OECD work and recommendations to G20 Heads of State and Government at the Leaders’ G20 Summit session I on Strengthening Policy Coordination and Breaking a New Path for Growth, session II For a Fairer and More Robust International Tax System, and session III on Trade and Investment, as well as at the G20 Finance Ministers’ session on the Global Economy.


In Hangzhou the Secretary-General also participated in the B20 Summit and delivered remarks on the B20 policy recommendations.


The Secretary-General also held several bilateral meetings with leaders attending the event.
