Work and time plan

Work conducted under and in relation with the Research Collaborative consists of both new research proposed and funded via the Research Collaborative, as well as relevant pre-existing and on-going initiatives. As illustrated below, besides establishing partnerships with collaborative stakeholders, the initial 2013-2014 work plan focused on exploring data availability and developing initial methodologies. Based on this groundwork, Research Collaborative-dedicated and -related activities from 2015 onwards, further test data availability and estimation methods in the context of conducting pilot estimates of mobilisation at different levels.

Identifying remaining data and methodological gaps as well as outlining options to tackle these are core components of the work of the Research Collaborative. Such gaps will, to the extent possible, be addressed over time as progress is made and complementary research activities are proposed by new or existing research partners.
