As part of the capacity building component of the project, the OECD Development Centre in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and the MDF-Asia Training and Consultancy organised a training workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of policies and programmes for youth. The workshop was held in Phnom Penh, 3-5 October 2017 gathering 25 participants from capital and local governments.
