The OECD Development Centre organized, together with the Ministry of Youth (Ministére de la Promotion de la Jeunesse – MPJEJSC), a workshop to discuss present and discuss the results of the Youth Well-being policy reviews in Côte d’Ivoire (in French), developed in the framework of the EU-OECD Youth Inclusion project.

The project team presented the main outcomes of the report in the areas of health, education and skills, employment, civic engagement and subjective well-being. Furthermore the presentation focused on specific themes which are of particular interest in Côte d'Ivoire namely (i) inclusion of youth in the key sectors of the economy and youth entrepreneurship, and (ii) early pregnancy, education and employment prospects for adolescent girls.

Participants welcomed the importance of the report's results and the multidimensional approach adopted.
