Facility-Type Technical Assistance in the People’s Republic of China
This technical assistance performance evaluation report covers six facility-type technical assistance projects approved by ADB for the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The report identifies lessons and offers recommendations to ADB on whether and how to plan and manage similar modes of engagement with governments in upper- and middle-income countries that have relatively strong in-country capacities.

Kyrgyz Republic Country Assistance Program Evaluation: Evolving Transition to a Market Economy
The evaluation rates ADB’s overall performance successful as ADB’s three country strategies during the evaluation period (1994–2010) identified the right objectives consistent with ADB’s corporate strategies and with the government’s priorities in addressing the country’s major constraints.
