The meeting of the Anti-corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia took place on 22-24 February 2012 at the OECD headquarters in Paris, including:

• 11th Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan Meeting discussed and adopted the Second Round Monitoring report on Kyrgyz Republic and Joint First and Second Round Monitoring report on Uzbekistan, including new recommendations. The meeting heard progress reports from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Tajikistan; and
   
• 13th ACN Steering Group meeting discussed work plan in 2012 and ACN Work Programme proposal for 2013 – 2015.
