How can the GHSTS be implemented?

When regulatory authorities adopt the GHSTS they will be invited to share their experiences with other authorities and industry on how to prepare for and implement the GHSTS in their own organisations.

Supporting tools that would facilitate the use of GHSTS include, for example, a GHSTS builder (software that allows building an electronic package according to the GHSTS) and a GHSTS viewer (software that allows the standalone display of a submission package in a web browser).
