    Launch of Making the Most of Public Investment in Colombia: Working Effectively Across Levels of Government

    Improvements in multi-level governance will help Colombia to implement the New Urban Agenda, to be approved in Quito next week, and to build more sustainable and more inclusive cities. Much of Colombia's work is on the right path. Let’s press on. You can count on the OECD to continue improving co-ordination across levels of government and design better policies for better lives.

    Our intention is that the accession process should foster economic growth in Colombia, help to reduce inequalities, improve education and increase transparency and efficiency in government. The beneficiaries of these changes and of OECD membership will be the country as a whole and each of its citizens.
